You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You must provide accurate registration information and maintain up-to-date contact, payment, and tax details.
Wigg’n reserves the right to approve, deny, or suspend seller accounts at its sole discretion.
You are responsible for all activity under your seller account.
You must keep your login credentials secure. Unauthorized use is your responsibility.
Sellers must maintain accurate product information, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability.
Misrepresentation of products (false claims, counterfeit goods, misleading images) is strictly prohibited.
Only wigs, hair extensions, and related accessories are permitted unless otherwise approved.
Products must comply with all applicable health, safety, and consumer protection laws.
Sellers may not list prohibited items, including counterfeit goods, stolen goods, or restricted materials.
Wigg’n reserves the right to remove listings without prior notice if they violate these standards.
Wigg’n charges a commission on each sale (currently [15%], subject to change with notice).
Sellers may also be subject to subscription or tier-based fees for marketplace access.
Commissions are calculated on net sales (gross sales minus taxes, discounts, and applicable fees).
Fees are non-refundable.
Buyer payments are processed via Wigg’n’s approved payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe).
Seller payouts are distributed according to the payout schedule configured in the platform.
Wigg’n may hold funds temporarily in cases of suspected fraud, disputes, or chargebacks.
Sellers are responsible for any chargebacks, refunds, or failed transactions.
Sellers are responsible for packaging, labeling, and shipping products within stated handling times.
Tracking information must be provided promptly when available.
If using Wigg’n’s shipping integrations (e.g., EasyPost), sellers must comply with the carrier’s requirements.
Sellers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Sellers must honor Wigg’n’s buyer-friendly return and refund policy.
In case of disputes, Wigg’n reserves the right to mediate and issue refunds on behalf of the buyer.
Sellers may be charged back for refunds, disputes, or chargebacks related to their sales.
Sellers are responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting applicable taxes unless Wigg’n is required by law to do so.
You agree to provide valid tax documentation as required by law.
Failure to comply with tax obligations may result in suspension.
Wigg’n may use seller product images, logos, or descriptions for marketing purposes without additional compensation.
Sellers may not engage in spam marketing, misleading advertising, or off-platform solicitation of buyers.
No sale of counterfeit or misrepresented products.
No abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive behavior toward buyers or Wigg’n staff.
No attempt to bypass Wigg’n’s systems (e.g., directing buyers to purchase off-platform).
Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.
Sellers must respect buyer privacy and only use buyer data for fulfilling orders.
Misuse of buyer data (marketing, resale, third-party sharing) is strictly prohibited.
Sellers must own or have the rights to sell all products listed.
Wigg’n will comply with copyright and trademark takedown requests under applicable law.
Wigg’n provides the marketplace “as is” without warranties.
Wigg’n is not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or damages resulting from your participation.
Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wigg’n from any claims, disputes, or losses caused by their actions.
Wigg’n may suspend or terminate seller accounts at any time for violation of these terms.
Sellers may close their accounts by providing written notice. Outstanding obligations survive termination.
Wigg’n may update these terms from time to time. Sellers will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of OR,USA .
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, OR
